“To be whole, to be complete. Wildness reminds us what it means to be human – what we are connected to, rather than what we are separated from”

CALL OF THE WILD

AUTUMN 2020

TBC

DIRT time can be understood as Dedicated, Improvement, Reflection Time. Or in other words, without allowing ourselves the time to practice and cultivate the skills that we pick up, reflecting upon what we learn and obstacles we come across, we will never reach mastery.

This Call of the Wild Series offers Re-Wilding skills which includes deep Nature Connection, fun-filled and reflective Nature games and a community of like-minded hearts that gather in beautiful wild spaces across Hong Kong.

Sessions will be held on Wednesdays, affectionately called Wild Wednesdays, beginning 9am – 2pm (depending on our location)

Some of the things we will be doing:

  • Primitive fire making

  • Identifying edible and medicinal plants

  • Nature-based ceremonies

  • Self-designed rituals

  • Community building

  • Rope and cordage making from plant fibres

  • Basket weaving

  • Campfire cooking

  • Plant-based & natural dyes

  • Spoon carving

  • Way of Council

  • Whittling and knife work

  • Nature connection games

  • Shelter building

  • Knots & rope work

  • Wild Song Circles
