There is nothing quite like cooking food over a campfire. Fire literally transformed the way our ancestors gathered, prepared and ate food. 

For many years, I felt stuck preparing the same old sausages and roasted potatoes over a fire when I went camping. This Wild Wednesday workshop offers new and exciting ideas on what to cook, and how to cook wild nutritious food that you may not have dared try before. 

We learning to cook using bamboo containers, and taking an ingridient from the Forests which is often discarded, and transforming it into something delicious. We'll also offer a super fun and interesting alternative to marshmallows on a BBQ fork! 

The best part is, all of this cooking will be entirely ZERO WASTE!
