This guided Nature & Forest Therapy walks seeks to reconnect us with all that is important to us. It is a non-judgemental space where you can show up fully as who you are, allowing you to rest, restore and prioritise your own wellbeing.
Kembali Nature & Forest Therapy Walks offer sensory immersion surrounded by beautiful forested canopies, a series of playful guided invitations that connect us to self, others, and nature, and completed with a tea ceremony where we offer wild foraged tea leaves from the forest itself.
