In the safety of the group and with the support of your guide, dive into deep relaxation practices, while celebrating the magnificence and beauty of our natural world.
We will complete our guided walk sharing wild tea foraged from local trees, and share space around a fire, under the watchful eye of the moon.
Your Guide: Jasmine Nunns is a certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide, with the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy and founder of Kembali. She has extensive experience working in remote outdoor spaces, and holds qualifications in transformational facilitation, coaching, peace-building and is a Forest School leader. Jasmine is a wilderness first aid responder and loves sharing her passion and enthusiasm for connection with nature.
