About the event
Start the new year with a cleanse and releasing of what no longer serves you by learning how to make your own broom, simply gathering what Nature has to offer.
This one of a kind gathering will foster our connection with Nature, and teach you the simple and ancient skills required to make your own broom.
The broom can be a symbol if physical cleansing of your space, as well as an energetic and spiritual cleanse. Symbolising a reminder to regularly check in to what you are holding and hoarding.
Do you hold on to old memories or judges?
Are you feeling heavy with all that the last decade has brought?
Are you seeking a sense of connection and community?
What we will do:
Gather, and walk up a gentle hill where each of us will harvest the materials we will use along the walk with permission from Mother Nature.
Sitting perched on the top of this hill with beautiful views, we will work step by step to create your own unique broom!
Where we will go:
Lamma Island
Meeting time:
12.30pm Central, Pier 4 (Headed to Sok Kwu Wan, Lamma)
Ending time:
6.30pm (Arriving back in Aberdeen)
