The fast paced lifestyles that we are accustomed to in Hong Kong, can cause a great deal of stress, physically and emotionally. Most of the time we may not even be aware of the pressure our body and mind are under as a result of living in a city that is so dynamic, competitive and exciting.


Luckily, Hong Kong also offers incredible examples of natural beauty. Forest Therapy Walks are different from hikes (read more about it here) and allow for us to retune our bodies to nature's clock, where we can give our brains a break, and take the opportunity to connect with what is truly important to us.
